Dr. Polselli has improving classroom instruction, through focused technology support for students, teachers, administrators, and staff, since his first leadership role in Killingly back in 1996.  From chairing technology committees and authoring technology plans to developing district and school improvement plans, Dr. Polselli has developed long term and short term planning documents that leverage technology to improve all aspects of teaching and learning as well as operational technology. 

Dr. Polselli has a long-standing committment to school improvement in the state of Connecticut.  The appropriate use of technology , tools to enhance data collection and analysis, as well as projects to improve infrastructure, hardware, and software for schools have been at the forefront of Dr. Polselli's quest for school improvment.
