Beginning with the Middletown High School new building construction project in 2003, Dr. Polselli has managed capital improvement projects to augment technology infrastructure, hardware, and software. From connecting all Middletown schools with Fiber and complete building-level infrastructure overhauls in Middletown and Norwalk to leveraging capital funding to complete technology classroom enhancements such as interactive white boards and classroom performance systems (clickers) as well as virtual desktops (thin clients) and virtual servers, Dr. Polselli has a knack for negotiating value and practical solutions for K-12 school districts.
Dr. Polselli has extensive expertise in project management including training in IT Project Management, leading a team of IT Doctoral researchers, and experience in a wide-range of technology-related projects from website development and data warehouse implementation to complete technology deployment for several high school and middle school building projects. Dr. Polselli uses several tools to aide in managing large-scale projects, include MS Project, Excel, Google Docs, and Viso.
